We are now looking for a Senior Governance and Standards Officer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Senior Governance and Standards Officer, you will provide high-level secretariat support to our Governance Committees, overseeing their workstreams and ensuring that their outputs feed into broader governance structures.

You will lead planning, arranging and monitoring of our Committees, acting as a subject matter expert, advising Committee Chairs of best practice and ensuring processes align with our values.

Managing the complaints and disciplinary process, you’ll ensure compliance with by-laws and Regulations and support stakeholders with these processes.

Additionally, you will:

- Organise virtual, hybrid, and in-person meetings and logistics
- Produce accurate and timely minutes of meetings
- Develop induction packs for new committee members and arrange training sessions
- Manage the complaints and disciplinary process
- Support the Governance Manager in delivering the annual corporate elections cycle

About You

To be considered as a Senior Governance and Standards Officer, you will need:

- Significant organisational skills and experience with a strong attention to detail
- A proven track record of minute-taking
- Experience of providing first rate customer focused service to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

We are now looking for a Special Projects Marketing and Communications Manager to join us on a full-time, fixed-term contract for 12 months.

The Role

As a Special Projects Marketing and Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our HQ Building project, an initiative critical to the future of our Institution. This high-impact role demands a strategic and organised individual who will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications plan, taking full ownership of its execution and success.

Your responsibilities will include driving and managing campaigns from inception to completion, continuously monitoring performance, and fine-tuning strategies based on engagement analysis to ensure alignment with the project’s overarching goals. You will collaborate closely with key members of the Marketing and Communications department, coordinating all project-related activities to maintain consistency and clarity in messaging across all channels.

Building and maintaining strong relationships, particularly with the Project Director and core team, will be essential to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with the project's objectives. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for responding to campaign-related comments and feedback, managing any potential crises with a calm and strategic approach.

Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the project's marketing and communication strategy, ultimately contributing to the Institution’s long-term vision and success.

About You

To be considered as a Special Projects Marketing and Communications Manager, you will need:

- Proven experience in managing and implementing marketing and communications campaigns for high-profile projects
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
